Back in the 70's there was a restaurant owned by members of 3HO in Atlanta Ga. I believe it was called the Egg and Lotus, not sure... but I had a wonderful time there with Yogi Bhajan's people and always wanted to get more involved with the teachings. I've recently moved to the Oroville Ca area and am seriously considering receiving amrit in November at the Yuba City gurdwara. I will be signing up for the on-line course shortly and look forward to the e-mails here.
