Guest guest
Sat Nam Sadhana Seva! You can not only make your own almond milk but it is more desirable Ayurvedically to do so. Most of what you buy already packaged and prepared ahead of time contains very little Prana. The more of your own food you can and are willing to make the more Prana you will have to extract from it. Remember Yogiji also taught the importance of blessing your food, as you prepare it and as you eat it. Blessing food adds Prana to it. As an Ayurvedic Practitioner I suggest to clients to prepare fresh as much of their food as is possible and they report it makes a BIG difference in their energy. After you eat this way for awhile and then go back to something bought pre packaged from a store you will be able to experience the difference for yourself. If you are able to grow your own food and control the environment around it with compost and LOVE, even better! In Ayurveda we teach that any plant no matter how insignificant in healing properties, if grown with love, can encourage healing. I have harvested my first batch of almonds from a small little tree in my backyard and it was such a treat! Such a long reply to a short question but wanted to share the Ayurvedic point of view. Blessings in Health! Guru Ravi
