Guest guest Posted August 22, 2005 Report Share Posted August 22, 2005 Sat Nam, Hi I know a few people who are going through some rough times emotionally and finacially, and I am curious if Yogi Bhajan taught a method to transfer the good created by chanting to specific people? The mantras I had in mind were: Har Hare Haree Whahay Guru or just, Har both mantras chanted hundreds of thousands of times for 40-120(or even more) days. This is in fact a kind of spiritual practice which will make you feel not like yourself at all, which is very challenging to your ego and helps to dismantle it.
