Sat Nam Mark!

Perhaps the Sahib Parnaam Kriya to increase intuition and mental clarity

would help...just sit on a chair for the 2 minute meditation on the breath at

the

end?

Blessings!

Golden milk contains the magical ingredient TUMERIC!

see below for a great recipe from the Earth Clinic Website:

Gurudev Khar Khalsa, a Sat Nam Rasayan healer and Kundalini Yoga

teacher in Los Angeles sent us this Ayurvedic tea for lubricating the

joints. Gurudev tells us that the almond oil is a very important part

of this recipe. Turmeric is called "the internal healer" in Ayurveda.

Turmeric is also a blood purifier and is best known for its ability

to help the female reproductive organs. Some research indicates that

turmeric may be of value in preventing diabetes and cancer.

Recipe: 1/8 teaspoon turmeric, 3 cardamom pods (optional), 1/4 cup

water. Simmer 5 to 7minutes, then add : 1 cup of milk, 2 tablespoons

almond oil (cold pressed). Bring just to the boiling point (but do

not boil). Add honey or maple syrup to taste. Sip slowly as a hot tea.

Also Louise Hay (sp?) talks about knees as the seat of relationships. I

have found that to be true for me and those I have helped. If you think of

your right side as your relationship to the masculine and your left as

your relationship to the feminine you may get some insights as to what

your knee pains could be in relation to. I am not suggesting this as an

absolute, just a pointer... let your knees tell you what they are really

in pain about by feeling the sensations in the pain. Those pain sensations

are the message. The only way to know what the message says is to go

through receiving it, feeling it, with your compassionate silent observer,

your netural mind, with total acceptance and love. Acknowledging judgments

along the way but choosing to not attach to any one.
