Guest guest
I am taking classical vocal music classes. I find that when I try to reach higher notes my throat tightens and I have a difficult time relaxing the muscles in that area. I've been checking your website for any form of relaxation technique I can use to relax the vocal/throat and third-eye chakras. Can you share with me some of your experiences with this? Thank you. Guest guest
You pause, a moment or two, not long but no rush, long enough to absorb the energy but not long enough to break the flow.
