Guest guest
While living in Africa, I was taking a preventitive anti-malaria drug called Lariam, and I've since found out that it can cause severe long term effects for certain people and it turns out that I'm one of those people. Even though I stopped taking it over 2 years ago, I still have debilitating insomnia and some anxiety which prevent me from holding a full time job. I've tried many things - homeopathy, herbs, melatonin, chinese medicine, acupuncture, sat nam rasayan, reiki, and many other things. Nothing has done the trick. I've kept up a steady kundallini yoga practice (including several different kundalini yoga kriyas and meditations) which has helped me relax but did nothing for my sleep. Anyone have any suggestions? The only other option is sleeping pills or Prozac, neither of which I'm too keen on. Thanks. Brian
Guest guest
Please do Yoga Nidra 2-3 times a day to get rid of these problems.
