Guest guest Posted September 3, 2005 Report Share Posted September 3, 2005 Sat Nam, It's absolutely the first thing I do for any pain... muscle pain especially and even headache pain,,Drink Water!1!! up to four glasses! Usually if the pain is not gone by the third glass it will be by the fourth! As a part of my yoga routine, I drink 3-4 glasses every morning first thing, to get my body ready for my practice and hydration helps prevent injuries. I shared this with a student last week and she is amazed at the pain relief in her disc problems.
