Guest guest
I'm new to KY with some previous Hatha experience. I'm taking it slow having stayed with lesson six for 40 days and introducing the locks as it seemed right. I 've sometimes observed after applying some locks a pleasant pulsing in my head, a sense of "observed" space and slight traces of purple color (eyes closed of course). Are these positve indications that my progress is developing? I fell ready to move on to lesson 7 & 8. Any comments? Sat Nam, Felixe
Guest guest
Dear Felixe, Sat Nam! Thank you for sharing. This is great that you are taking your time to really experience how the techniques of KY work. stayed with lesson six for 40 days and introducing > the locks as it seemed right. Are these positve > indications that my progress is developing? * Yes. The locks are done to raise the energy up the spine so that the third eye and crown chakra can open. Then the third eye opens, we start getting experiences like the ones you described. We are becoming more conscious of non-physical realities. Stay with the observed space, this is a major opening into the neutral mind or meditative mind. Notice that you intuitition will open up. Also begin to practice what I have just sent out to the list on looking into your inner space. You are definitely ready for this next step. I fell ready to move on to lesson 7 & 8. Any > comments? Go forward. You are doing great. Sat Nam, Gururattana
Guest guest
Gururattan. Thank you for your encouraging response. I looked for your list on inner space as you suggested, but can't find it. Would that be #12 of the lessons or is it somewhere else. I'm pretty serious about this. I can't deal with a cold shower, but I do get up dailey at 5 am to get in a couple of hours before having to "get at it" for cash. Guest guest
Dear Felixe. Sat Nam. > I looked for your list on inner space as you suggested, but can't find > it. * I see I wasn't clear. I am referring to the letter on more about compulsion that I sent to this list yesterday just after I wrote to you. Would that be #12 of the lessons or is it somewhere else. * Yes, this lessson helps clarify what we are doing. Start out with #12 "Our Inner Journey -- Tuning in" Then also read and practice what I wrote in the lesson "Surrender to the Zone" #21. I'm pretty serious about this. * Great. You sure are if you are getting up at 5 am to practice to do a couple of hours! I can't deal with a cold shower, * How about start with warm and end with cold? And maybe not too cold. Go step by step. Vatta types (air, cold and often thin and delicate) can't deal with cold like the Pitta and Kapha types (fire and earth). Also please erase the previous letter and the trailers from your response. Those who get the digest version, appreciate not receiving this extra junk in their one letter per day. Thanks everyone! Blessings, Gururattana
