heh, sat nam, i have been wanting to ask this forEVER!

when doing stretch pose, or knees-to-nose pose (i don't know the proper

name, i'm sorry, but the one where you lie on your back, bring your

knees in and your nose up to meet them), and doing breath of fire, does

one pump the navel as well? i have been trying to do it but sometimes it

seems nearly impossible, especially when bent forward.

thank you!

sat nam,

Sat Nam, simply do the best you can. Intention is more important in

practicing KY than actual ability. Yes it is a cramped and difficult

position to do BOF in but you should try and do it as correctly as you

can. Results come to those who are sincere in their effort. You're not

perfect, that's why you are working within this incarnation. When you

get to be perfect then you move on!!!

Blessings.
