Each sensation, whether painful or pleasurable, has something to tell us and if we are able to allow our psyche to move through it will bring us back to our source. The only difference between you/me and a Yogi Bhajan, Yogananda (or whomever) is how well we integrate our practice into our daily lives. We have the tools and they allow us to BE. Every time we have an "opening" or stillpoint/shuniya (a Bindu point), we have an opportunity to make a small change in our mode of operating in the world ( http://www.sahej.com/Chicken_cross.html ). Through some honest self-assessment and a little hope (courage?) we make changes that stick. We have to rewire our nervous systems. Asserting our cultivated connection to own spirit/soul, and through it the collective Soul, is what will cover us. > > I found a White Tantric workshop about 3 hours away one day this > coming week. Tratakam or Tratik is gazing meditation into the photographic image of The Mahan Tantric, Yogi Bhajan. Very powerful, deep, personal work. Incredible integration!! So, so, so much to say here, but late for work. Do you mind if I get back to you on this? In the meantime please check out http://www.sahej.com/Tantric_Numerology.html Much will become clear. > My path to > Kundalini has been in spirals, twists, turns, and a few really bad > dead ends. Another metaphor is that of childbirth, it's pain and joy. Your water has broken.
