Guest guest
Hi , My name is parminder singh. I am from india and having faith in sikh relegion, but never practice properly. Now i m in sydney for last 2 years. Just got a chance to attend class on kudalini yoga here and It is changing my life now. I have bought 3 books which are written by Gururattan. I am practicing it home by waking up at 3 am or some time at 4 am. I am doing Sat Kiriya along with other yoga exercies for first and second chakras. I am planing to go for training for 40 days in US in feb. But before that I have few questions to ask specially from Gururattan. 1. Is it right to time to come for this 40 days training or I should practice it by my own for sometime. 2. I am working with first chakra and second chakra as i found they r not in balance. How will i know they are balanced. 3. What else I should do to achive my ultimate aim (awakening kundalini). 4. I wish to see people who spent time with yogi ji. What should I do ?? When you decide to do it, you have been inspired to do so, you should do it. Always follow your intuition/inspiration, they come from a higher place. > 2. I am working with first chakra and second chakra as i found > they r not in balance. How will i know they are balanced. How do you know they are unbalanced? Our chakras are generally aligned and balanced. It is our understanding of this that is sometimes out of balance through our misconceptions, desires, habits, Etc. When we practice KY we are focusing on all the chakras in order to make steady progress through them. Unless there is a specific area in which you feel yopu MUST concentrate for whatever reason, your yoga practice in the beginning should be general. Experience the entire range of your entire divinity. Enjoy it, most of all. > 3. What else I should do to achive my ultimate aim (awakening > kundalini). See above. Continue to practice on a daily basis, make it part of your routine that you each day contact and exist within your holiness and wholeness. > 4. I wish to see people who spent time with yogi ji. Hang out with folks in a 3HO/Sikh sanghat. There are many places in the US and around the world. Check in the Teacher's Directory. > > What should I do ?? KEEP UP! KEEP UP! KEEP UP! What else I should do to achive my ultimate aim (awakening kundalini). * Feel the non-physical energy in your body and let it flow. Release resistance and judgment. Stay in neutral.
