raising the kundalini

One more thing about this topic. Something about it made me feel

uncomfortable but I did not know what it was when I first read the

question.

 

Wanting to raise one's kundalini is like wanting more power. You might get

a response but you won't necessarily know how to handle it. Wanting to

raise one's kundalini and wanting more power are in a category of human

goals that may open the door for the ego to be carried away. Much safer

to want to be more loving, patient, calm, etc
