Experiencing depression, Ayurvedically, is seen as your inability to connect to your soul path...wouldn't that make sense after 90 days of Kirtan Kriya with what you have shared with us?!! Part of the process. When your heart center opens you may feel sadness, but know it as a sign that the Kriya is working! Mantra is such a powerful way to facillitate the healing.
