Experiencing depression, Ayurvedically, is seen as your inability to connect

to your soul path...wouldn't that make sense after 90 days of Kirtan Kriya

with what you have shared with us?!! :) Part of the process. When your heart

center opens you may feel sadness, but know it as a sign that the Kriya is

working! Mantra is such a powerful way to facillitate the healing. In fact in

Ayurvedic belief there can be no healing without it! Keep up! We are all with

you,

cheering you on!
