Sat Nam

Blessings and light to all.

I'm feeling driven to post today, usually I read and listen to the

wisdom of the posts here. Many lessons are passed from the teachers

and students. I am most grateful to learn and grow here, thank you

all.

One year and 3 months I began KY, it has been an amazing, loving and

challenging time! I had never actually even been to a yoga class of

any kind prior to July 2004, tried to "do it"

on my own with a couple of DVDs with Hatha Yoga....(LOL) Then, a

local healing center near where I live offered KY class...after one

class I was mesmerized! It has been a priveledge to have a

certified teacher, and a small, intimate class (usually 3 or 4

people) each week to look forward to. In addition to home sadhana.

Recently, I purchased Gururattana's book Transitions to a Heart

Centered world, and a CD that was recommended here to incorporate

with my home sadhana....wow what an amazing addition and inspiration

to KEEP UP! I also to NMB, and try each meditation that

is posted there. If you've followed along, you'll find that the

meditaion for the Solar Plexus and Receiving/Giving breathing are

great for inner work. Personally, I've had two vivid dreams

regarding KY since those meditations...guidance comes in many

forms.

In one of the post here, Gururattan speaks of KY guiding you along

your way. It's true, this work really works! It has opened up many

closet doors that were closed, that needed to be cleaned out for me

to live a fuller soulful life. (again, grateful) Up till now, no

amount of psychotherapy, support groups, hypnosis, inner-child work

had worked consistently for my rebirthing, and knowing myself at the

soul level. In daily life, it's a consciousness to shine the inner

light out to all. Sometimes, I'll hear, "If you can't see God in

all you can't see God at all." Small, but major nuances of YB....

If there is a difficulty in life, and there is bound to be, instead

of struggling, swimming upstream, reacting/reactions that can and

still do take place, it's been reframed as a lesson/practice of

something more to learning. Patience is always the key! It takes

time, lots of love, compassion, and kindness to ourselves and each

other. As we heal ourselves, we contribute to healing this planet

and each other, give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

Again, thank you Gururattana and the many teachers here in this

group, I look forward to continuing this journey of love and peace

with you all.

Blessings of Light and Love
