Guest guest
I went to the chat group and it wasn't there. I hit the site on the computer. These kundalini chants that I have done all my life, I wonder is it possible to do them in English, I never see the origin of anything or I guess what I trying to understand, well I'm not sure what I am trying to say. Guest guest
Hi Elaine, Yeah, messed up that last link. Try again at Kundaliniyoga/chat You'll have to have a profile. Also, this is a little known feature and unused, as far as I know. Regarding your other question, the mantras used have been phonetically engineered to have a specific effect on your nervous and glandular system, and through that your breath and the whole of your psyche. You can focus on the meaning, but I do that only while making sure that I am p r o n o u n c i n g it precisely. Do a archive search for "gurmukhi".
