Hi,

this is Andreas from Germany. I'm practicing Kundalini Yoga (more or

less)since 1 year now and starting the yoga teacher education end of

this month.

My question is does yoga helps against multiple sclerosis also? Does

anyone know something about it?

thanks in advance

Sat nam,

Andreas

Andrea:

I had a student with multiple sclerosis. She always raved about each class

and how helpful they were to her.

Aside from KY please also consider this:

There was a doctor in Switzerland, her name is Kousmine

(http://www.kousmine.com, sorry I only know this site in French, there

must be translations...). She traced every disease back to an imbalance in

vitamins, minerals, and /or amino acids in the body. She could cure cancer

patients even after they were diagnosed to die in a couple of weeks. She

instructed all her patients how to change their diet to get the nutrients

they needed. If they were too advanced, she would give them an IV.

A recent book* relates most diseases including MS to an acid-alkaline

imbalance in the body. Too much acidity creates disease if the acidity is

not released. Again a diet change will reestablish proper balance.

Kundalini Yoga will help release the toxins and cold showers will help

release the acidity.

* The Acid Alkaline Balance Diet by Felicia Drury Kliment

Both these ideas complement each other, a poor diet creates an

acid-alkaline imbalance.

This response is similar to someone else's comment made about going to see

an endocrinologist and having a blood test done when face with fibro or

chronic fatigue or whatever else.

Best wishes and blessings,

Awtar S.
