Dear Sister in Divine Elaine,

Ravi, YB said these words and they were wise. But didn't he himself have

pain and weakness?

*Sure! exactly the point!

Of course the advice is going to be to just keep up no matter what

*depends on who you are talking to ;) !

but what comes easy to some people, like me, I can let go when I have to and

get quiet real easy.

*the KY will bring all of us to that state! that was another point I tried to

make ;)

Other people they have process where they just need to heal by expressing the

stuff coming up and having a person help them process it. Elaine

*Have you studied Gururattana's lesson on Silence and the Art of Listening?

VERY powerful and addresses all these issues in a profound way. As I wrote

"This is not to say never talk or share your feelings, but move away from

dumping,

venting, labeling...all imaginings of the egoic mind. The Yoga will carry you

through all. As Nike used to say "just DO it!" ha ha... "

This is hitting a nerve for you, that's good! Dharam has suggested Tantric

Numerology, a wonderful approach for discovering what's out of balance. In the

book Tantric Numerology by Guruchander S. Khalsa he speaks of the stages of the

spiritual process. It might be helpful to take a look see. Tantric Numerology

can help set us on the path of discovery to process and heal what comes up

for each of us. More words of wisdom from our beloved teacher, "Fears cannot be

solved, Never try to solve a fear. Drop a fear. Never solve your problems.

Drop you problems. Take them to the highest part of you and drop them. -Yogi

Bhajan

Vibrate with Sat Nam!

Peace to all!

Life to all!

Love to all!

Love Guru Ravi
