Guest guest
Sat Nam Elaine! Wahe Guru! So glad you are looking at your numerology. It is a wonderful tool for growth and if you can follow the suggested sadhana at the end you will begin to feel more at home in your bodies. Your path is to teach through example...how beautiful! It can be "scary" when you begin teaching a subject area because you are teaching from ego. If you were to become a Kundalini Yoga teacher, however, the teachings come through you through the connection to the Golden Chain, so there is really no egoic emotions such as fear involved. Have you thought about it? You have so much compassion to share with others, that comes through in your words. Have you ever tried the long form of the Adi Mantra? It is really a powerful way to listen and feel guidance. Dharam has a sound clip. I just see so many angry people in the world and sometimes I just can't control my emotions, I want to get angry back. How can I heal my need for revenge? *Practice a set to release the anger. Work on the navel center to release it and then follow with some heart opening. Beating on the ground in front of you, kicking cans (ha ha) anything to get the anger up and out! We "see" what we feel inside. Yes, there are many angry people and many loving, nurturing people "out there". Working the navel center brings into your life whatever you need for your own spiritual growth. "Shining up" the aura draws beautiful things into your life! Any 7th body work will do it! and working the 7th body will help with the challenge of feeling overwhelmed. It will give you confidence and security. Do the navel center work to ground yourself and release the fear and then move on to the aura. Have you read Gururattana's Lesson 9 "The Navel Chakra and Kundalini Yoga"? It will give you great insight into what's going on for you right now with the anger. Blessings on the Path! Guru Ravi
Guest guest
Can you point me in the direction of Dharam's sound clip for the long form of the Adi Mantra? Would love to hear it, but not sure where to find it??? Since I don't have access to a teacher or group, actually "hearing" the mantras helps so much. Thanks so much, Gurugiana Have you ever tried the long form of the Adi Mantra? > It is really a powerful way to listen and feel guidance. Dharam has a sound > clip. Guest guest
Ha-ha!! I remember one day when he spoke to me directly, in a small room (with a few people present) about something I had done (or not done ...I forget which). But what I will always remember is that it was like being at the mouth of a wind tunnel only the energy I was being bathed in was pure energy. I didn't know if I would survive, except that I did and the next day I felt like a saint and went about my business in a saintly way. Something I've been attempting to duplicate with varying degrees of success ever since. <> And I also remember many times, listening to him lecture in a large gathering, (like at Solstice) and having my wife awaken me during and after his talk but still feeling as though I was totally refreshed. Though I could only recall bits and pieces of information he was so generous with. Regards & Sat Nam
