Guest guest
Sat Nam Wahegur, I am practising Yoga for last 2 months and I am doing Sat Kiriya for last 15 days, I havnt felt any heat at my naval point, as my teacher told I will. But during last few days, i m feeling my throat very dry and warm. Is this the sign of that heat which will come in future. Also can anyone tell me what else i should do to get the effects soon, I am doing yoga at home from sunday to friday and go to yoga class on saturday. How much time it takes to see the effects. thanks Parm
Guest guest
Dear Parminder: The dry throat may simply be that you need to drink more water. Everybody has a different reaction to the different exercises. There are guidelines. I have never felt a heat in my navel for doing the Sat Kriya. It took me a long time to feel that the Sat Kriya had any effect on me. In the beginning it was like I was spinning my wheels, just going through the motion without anything changing. Others around emtold me that exercise was changing their life almost instantly. Who knows why? I would suggest that if your nervous system is already reasonably strong, it might take you a little longer than most to feel an effect. Don't look for an effect though! That could bring you to the wrong place, by expecting that you need to go anywhere, you might create a direction for you body to go toward and then a habit will be created that is not necessarily healthy. Instead keep doing the sat Kriya and feel your sensations associated with it as you do it and while you rest afterwards. Use this as a learning process to learn about you, where you are, how you respond. Be curious about you! Guest guest
Sat Nam Avatar and everyone, I will definately follow your suggestions. One more thing, should I add few more exercises to my schedule or I should finish my 40 days with Sat Kiriya. Sometimes I feel i am unable to use my morning and weekend time properly. How can I better use my time. What should be the routine in the morning. Thanks Parminder Send instant messages to your online friends http://au.messenger.
