Ha ha...It is the Kriya for Heart, Shoulders, and Circulation. How about a good 22 minute earthquake dance? The Essence of Self Kriya also has an 11 minute "dance". Keep Dancing! YES! just this week we did a wonderful set out of the book "Reaching Me in Me" on page 37 & 38 there is a set called "Renew your nervous system & build stamina", what a fun set!
