Sat Nam Siri Ram!

The Kriya I taught this morning in class had us dancing! Ha ha...It is the

Kriya for Heart,

Shoulders, and Circulation. How about a good 22 minute earthquake dance?

The Essence of Self Kriya also has an 11 minute "dance".

Keep Dancing!

Sat Nam Siri Ram,

OH! YES! just this week we did a wonderful set out of

the book "Reaching Me in Me" on page 37 & 38 there is

a set called "Renew your nervous system & build

stamina", what a fun set! It has 7 parts to it & part

#5 has 11 minutes of dancing to Bangara music...it was

so much fun that I had one student bouncing (or should

I say dancing) to 3 different classes so that he could

do it again & again, smiles

hope this helps, have fun!

with many blessings,
