Guest guest
Sat Nam, I broke my tail bone not to long ago and was just wondering, would this effect my practice in any way? -Matt.
Guest guest
One thing to be careful with would be spinal rocking (lying on your back with knees pulled into the chest, arms wrapped around the knees, rocking from tailbone to head, along the spine). I had a student who had previously broken her tailbone, re-break it the first time she tried a spinal rock. It must have originally healed out of alignment, then with the spinal rocking it was forced back into alignment (unfortunately, re-breaking it in the process).
