Guest guest
Sat Nam Bliss, Pick something soothing to do. Something nurturing that also grounds your navel center like Nabhi Kriya (in "Transitions...." http://tinyurl.com/8vtrf ). There is a lot of movement/unprocessed prana for you right now and there is a big need for integration. Really relax. Don't try to do different 12 things. I would say go see a good body centered therapist. Someone skilled at evoking the full range and depth of the emotional spectrum. This is a great tool for growth.... and, admittedly, not for everyone. It takes courage and dedication but when it works, it's amazing! But in years of offering this advice on this list I really don't think anyone has taken that move, sooooooo........ , do Kirtan Kriya ( also check Archives for "Aquarian Meditation" the Three Kriyas). Your project right now is find the eye of the hurricane. Be in the middle where it's calm and you can be non-reactive. You can choose to NOT do this and it will be a very wild ride. Poetically put you'll be said to be "inflicted with the Wind Disease", and that would be cool if all you did in life was hang out with a bunch of Sadhus in the Sandalwood Forest smoking bhong. Wind is Vata. When Vata is stabilized, it is known has Prana. Find the earth, and root yourself in it. Archer Pose and Horse Pose are good. Take warm baths with some olive oil mixed in. This is a good time for tactile kinesthetic stimulation (hugging and touch) but not necessarily leading to sexual relations as this would most likely increase Vata. If you tend to move and think quickly, this is a good time to apply some brakes. Work on containment with Sodarshan Chakra Kriya, perhaps, but certainly the One Minute Breath ( 60 - 60 - 60 breathing) will be your best friend. Do this at the end of a set, by itself, whenever. This is a biggie for integrating and making pranic sense of it all. Also, Baby Pose is great. Lastly, why don't you share you Birth info so we can look at your Tantric Numerology. The great advantage to a Therapist is one can really suss out the emotions (we are human, you know), and it is so much faster than going to months of Acupuncture or Chiropractic. There is not enough open discussion about the relationship between all this esoteric, spiritual stuff and the basic human emotions, and sub emotions and sub sub emotions, and sub sub sub emotions. It's great that the sages have so thoroughly and systematically decoded our subjective sense of existence so that we can chat about it over tea and find that perfect resonance with the impersonal, objective aspect of creation. We are perfect mirrors of the cosmic, and is it the other way around. It's all very Beautiful. Hey, Be Well. Laugh by any means necessary, and especially at yourself. Yes, I do take Hatha, Vinyassa & Kundalini classes at a yoga studio, but most times I do my practice in the privacy of my home.
