I am a hatha yoga teacher and teach many classes a week. I have been intrested in Kundalini for about a year and have been very impresed with what I read here. There is no teacher near me so I have to learn from books and websites My question is last week I had to go to the hospital to check my heart as I seemed to be having a irregular beat, which was quite scary. After having it looked at it seems that it is irregular and under some stress. I am confused as I live a healthy lifestyle , am vegetarian, practise yoga everyday and am generally fit and healthy. The doctor told me that it could then be due to something I eat or drink. The only thing I can think of is in the past year I make and drink yogi tea everyday ( but without the black tea as I dont like it ) Do you think the spices could stimulate my heart enough to stress it? Does any one know of a kriya that could regulate my heart beat? Also which book would you recommend for beginners. Thank you so much for all your lovely words.
