Guest guest
Sat Nam all, I have been following this list for a year or so now and have found it interesting and helpful. I have been practising yoga on and off for about 15 years. I have attended several Kundalini yoga workshops and find a deep resonation with this form of yoga. I am seeking advise regarding yoga postures and practises that may help strengthen my kidney energy so as to prepare my body for conception. I have been told by my accupunturist and chinese medicine practioner that my kidney energy is weak. I recently had a miscarriage at 10 weeks with my fourth child ( it had taken us 14 months to concieve this baby). I am 40 years old and am in relatively good health and am not overweight, a smoker, drinker etc.. Any help or advise would be appreciated. Blessing and thanks Alima
