Guest guest
Hi Brian, It was in 1977 that I first sought out a place and space to rip open my self in a safe environment. I had been having heart pains for years as teen but it was only through Kundalini Yoga that I came to the realization that the pain was from my suppressed feelings of anger, fear and sadness and that I had better do something about it sooner than later. I threw my "control" and "caution" to the wind, opened a copy of the Village Voice and made exactly two phone calls responding to therapists who advertised in it. The one who advertised with words "Gestalt-Bioenergetics" was the one I ended giving business to. This therapist was in NYC and may very well be retired by now (her name was Elaine Waldman on Park Ave north). That time saved my life and opened me to a full blossoming of the Kundalini energy that was just beginning to move and/but needed some encouragement. I made some Google searches for "Bioenergetics and Boston" and came up with the following results. I suggest you get a copy of the Phoenix and make a call or two.
