Guest guest
I recently heard a reference to Sat Nam Kriya, but can't find it in my books. Does anyone know about this or if it is published in any book? thanks craig australia
Guest guest
hi craig, are you looking for sat kriya? here is one link: http://www.susankezios.com/Kriyas/Sat%20Kriya.htm and it is probably in most of the books on www.yogatech.com! for example, i found it in "kundalini yoga: guidelines for sadhana" and gururattan's "sexuality and spirituality." that is, if this is the one you are looking for. this is a very wonderful kriya, very basic to kundalini yoga, combining asana (posture), mudra (hand position) and mantra (chanting) all in one. it is complete all on its own! you will love it! sat nam, sue in seattle Craig wrote: > I recently heard a reference to Sat Nam Kriya, but can't find it in my > books. > Does anyone know about this or if it is published in any book? > > thanks > craig > australia > >
Guest guest
Craig, can you reproduce that reference? I ask that because there is no such creature. People sometimes, innocently, refer to Sat Kriya as Sat Nam Kriya because throughout it you are chanting "Sat Nam". Guest guest
it was in reference to a meditation. i think it was like kirtan kriya playing the fingers, but whispering saa-taa-naa-maa only. You were putting yoru emotions into the exercise, pulsing the navel with each syllable, then at the end hold the breath and draw all the emotions out and turn them into positives i heard yogi bhajan refered to this as sat nam kriya (saa-taa-naa-maa is sat nam broken down).
