I assume you mean the Sat Kriya workout. It is really gooooood ;-)

You can find it in the Aquarian Teacher, page 379:

 

Here it goes:

Sat Kriya 5 min

Corps pose, relax 3 min

Sat Kriya 5 min

Corps pose, relax 3 min

EP, chest stretch – hands in venus lock in neck, LDB 3 min

Sat Kriya 3 min

Corps pose, relax 2 min

Frogs 26 x

Rest 1 min

Sat Kriya 3 min

Rest 1 min

Frogs 10 x

Sat Kriya 3 min

Frogs 15 x

Sat Kriya 3 min

Frogs 10 x

Sat Kriya 5 min

at the end – inhale, mulbandh hold for 30 seconds 3 x

Corps pose, relax 15 min
