Guest guest
Sat Nam Rashmeet, I suggest first checking the Archives. They are pretty complete and contain a least a few discussions on and references to the words "Thyroid", "Autoimmune" or "Auto Immune". That way you will benefit from more than just one conversation on this matter. Go to Kundaliniyoga/messages The search engine is a bit klunky but better than it used to be.....I think. That said, there is this one Kriya, that comes to mind, that is called "Wahe Guru Kriya" that will definitely have a healing affect on the Thyroid. It's in several publications. Also, sharing your birthday (Tantric Numerology) so that we can determine where this might be coming can be helpful and enlightening. Approaching an ailment with several prongs is the best. Guest guest
Kundalini yoga hasn't been around long enough to collect firm evidence of its efficacy with correcting internal ailments. However, there is a really nice set for the thyroid on page 76 of Sexuality and Spirituality. Try practicing it everyday if you want to actually correct functioning.
