Guest guest
sat nam everyone! once again i have a question i have been carrying around for a long time. now i will pose it: there are some sets for the eyes, to strengthen them and prevent blindness. i wonder, are they to be done without glasses/contact lenses, or with, or does it matter? i am seVERELY near-sighted and just getting progressively worse; i would like to arrest the deterioration and maybe even reverse it, if possible. thank you, wahe guru! seattle sue

Guest guest
Dear Sue: Take off your glasses while you do the eye exercises. It is like looking through a veil or fog. Look through it, as if you could see toward the infinite. Feel all the sensations and let them in. At some point the veil starts dissolving.
