Kriya for throid gland disorder

Sat naam,

 

I have hypothyroidism (autoimmune disease). It was

discovered about 5yrs back and since then my dosage of

Synthroid has increased from 50 ug to 75 and now is

88ug. The last jump was is in 6 months.

 

I was wondering if there is any set of Kriya's that

have shown to help hypothroidism.

 

If yes, it will be helpful to know.
