Guest guest
*********************** Dear all I am member of this group since last two years and regularly I am reading all the mails comes to this group this way knowledge gets updated, I have one doubt about mediation. Regularly I practice the meditation and reading about meditation, finally I came across to a vary good point that point is "Meditation is none doing process". Doing process gives tiredness; Buddha tried all the techniques and finally he sit quietly in meditation. I have tried non doing technique but it didn't give good result to me. On the contrary mantra meditation and meditation using breathing techniques gives me very good result. Could anyone throw some light on it what exactly I need to follow ?? regards Manoj Mhatre

Guest guest
Dear all: All forms of meditations are about "not doing" and about "being" whether you use mantra, or silence. whether you focus on one sound or open up to everything. The doing you are learning to undo is obsessing with thoughts and emotions which you think are yours but are not. It is also about getting out of the trap of non creative thinking. OK? Blessings, Awtar Rochester
