Dear Felixe,

You can try this;

sit in alignment from the sittting bones up...

hands on knees..

tune in to your breathing,

feel the breath lifting and floating the spine and ribs...

do this like a meditation, really feeling the breath moving in the body..

then relax you tongue all the back and down at the root, release your jaw

and soften your eys...

you will feel your shoulders relax and drop a little...

Now, pull the neck lock gently and smoothly upward, and roll your shoulders

forward..

you'll feel the muscles pulling forward and off the atlas...

continue rolling the shoulders for a few minutes, until you feel some

warmth/heat building up in the area of the block,

and then relax.

This seems to work for my partner when he gets blocked in this area.

He does this several times a day and over time he's had significant improvement.

..

Patience Pays!

Guru Prem's book on Divine Alignment(probably availabe on this website)

will help you to learn to align the body consciously, and free up the gridlock

from the head, neck and shoulders.

Working with the Eagle Pose will help release your shoulders and open the upper

back.

Sat Nam,

Peace and Love,

Amar Kaur

Sat Nam J & R,

Could you explain the Eagle pose please. I don't know of it.

Thank You;

Felixe
