Guest guest
I was wondering if anyone could recommend some yoga sets to help my body heal itself. I was on a preventitive malaria drug called Lariam (if you are ever thinking of taking it while traveling, do your homework first!), and it has had lasting side effects, including crippling insomnia, anxiety, mood swings, etc. I am told that Lariam can mess with your brain chemistry, which would explain the symptoms. >From talking to other people who have had an adverse reaction to this drug, these symptoms can last years after stopping the drug. It's been 2 years for me, and I am still unable to work more than part time. So, anyway, I was wondering what you all thought would be helpful. I tried the "Kriya for sleep" in the sadhana guidelines for two periods of 90 days each, but it didn't help my sleep at all. Now I'm doing bound lotus (well, a modification of it) and a meditation that Guru Dev Singh gave me to do at night. Any other suggestions? Guest guest
What is the meditation that Gurudev gave you? I would stringly suggest to find a homeopathic doctor that can prescribe a constitutional remedy which should be able to restore normal functioning.
