Guest guest
Sat Naam, Breath of Fire is a rapid breath through the nose, where the inhalation & exhalation are equal in depth, strength, & length. It is facilitated by pumping the diaphragm, at the navel point, in (on exhale) & out (on inhale). The pace is about 2-3 breaths per second. A good way to practice it & learn the abdomenal action is to do Dog Breath, panting through the mouth with your tongue out! A pranayama good for detoxing & fighting viral infections. ~ ranjit k.
