depression, autoimmune disease, asthma, allergies, ms,

fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue etc.

4. Those concerned with the state of fear and war in the world.

5. Anyone who works in the arts and creative fields.

6. Especially yoga teachers and educators who want to advance to a

new stage in their awareness.

 

 

Through continuous practice, you can change mental habits, emotional

patterns, and physical addictions that no longer serve you. This

course will help you attain that transformation and make a personal

breakthrough—a fresh start, a radical change of form, like a

caterpillar morphing into a butterfly.

 

 

 

Note: This "Traditional Kundalini Yoga" was learned in Nepal and is

not taught anywhere else in the U.S.

 

 

 

Gary Majchrzak, co-founder of 7 Centers Yoga Arts in Sedona, has

taught yoga for 16 years. His studies include: Kundalini Yoga with

Yogi Bhajan; Tantric Yoga with Sunyata Saraswati; Initiation as Karma

Sannyasin by Swami Niranjananda at the Bihar School of Yoga in

India; "Traditional Kundalini Yoga" in Nepal with Yogi Vikashananda;

Vipassana Meditation with S.N. Goenka
