besides our routine of washing the feet in cold

water,Shabd Kriya, Shakti Bhakti Meditation,

108 frogs & Brige pose...

what other "asanas" can one include in our practice

for a better sleep...

is there a Kriya?

Hi Jiwan Shakti,

Ra Ma Da Sa can be just what the psyche needs. Also, chanting Rakhe

Rakhanar Har, as it is part of Rehiras which will address our need for

closure and completion ( http://www.sahej.com/Sadhana_Mantras.html )

And by all means, don't forget your Golden Milk. It's so good for us.
