Remember whenever we give our egoic minds something "new" to "do" thay are excited and ready to play. Then after sometime the new event (meditation, yoga, getting up at 3:30 a.m.,etc.) gets boring to the mind, even enlightment is boring to our egoic mind! That is when the spirit, soul body, navel center comes in, sheer determination and will power to keep up. Here is where real spiritual growth occurs, when you are doing your best work, even though it may seem that you are lost. Call on Yogiji for help and he will surely answer.
