Guest guest
sat nam everybody!! my forty second birthday is coming up!!! (11/26/1963) ranjit kaur tells me that according to yogi b, every seven years something important happens - is it that every cell in your body is replaced? ack, i can't remember! maybe my memory cells will be replaced! haha! - which makes the 42nd birthday a kind of an event. i wonder if anyone has any special suggestions about practice. i began a 40day meditation on the 7th, so it will stretch 20 days before and 20 days after my bday. i am doing the "meditation to heal, console and wash away all negativity" from "transistions to a heart-centered world." i have it in mind to try to do things that will nourish and enhance my life instead of detracting from it, or hurting me in some way. any other ideas? thanks everybody and happy start to the holiday season to all! wahe guru!! seattle sue

Guest guest
Sat Nam SS, "according to yogi b, every seven years something important > happens - is it that every cell in your body is replaced? ack, i can't remember! maybe my memory cells will be replaced!" From Humanology and the Destiny Cycle: There are 'three rings of success' Ring One - 7 yr cycle of consciousness Ring Two - 11 yr cycle of intelligence Ring Three - 18 yr cycle of energy and activity, the life cycle Each of these rings addresses part of our life. The cycle of consciousness is how we understand thingns, our priorities and our sense of self. The cycle of intelligence is our means and process of enacting our ideas and fulfilling our purpose that we identified with our consciousness. The life cycle is our level and quality of energy, how we organize activities and how we establish and maintain relationships. Since each cycle has a different period, the interactions between them give particular qualities to the transitions we face at different ages. These varying interactions force us to be adaptable. So your consciousness shifts every 7 yrs. I look at this by remebering back 7 yrs, how 'I' was then versus how 'I' am now. And every 11 yrs we are more 'learned'(?), more intelligent emotionally, mentally, spiritually.. Every 18 yrs is our gross physical development, energy too So we are genetically programmed for these changes whether we are aware of them or not, my interpretation. Guest guest
Happy Birthday Seattle Sue! I am coming up to my 47th birthday in January. I,too have been working on turning my negativity around. Aside from meditating, I try to let go in my conscious went I remember resenments or start feeling angry about the past. After awhile it gets really freeing realizing how quickly one can let go of negativity and change their state of mind and become heart centered. elaine _______________ Express yourself instantly with MSN Messenger!
