Guest guest
Sat Nam Deva! It took me a while to connect Rfarley with Guru Ravi Ha! Ha ha! glad you were able to make the connection! I have another account gururavikaur that perhaps I could use here. Could you or Dharam or Gordon help me with that? Honestly I haven't had 'experiences' like that since my earlier years with Kundalini yoga. I know Kathleen said she was driving around in a stupor when she was running errands..hhahahaa I will hold the intention with you that you return in March.Yes I agree; the group energy was incredibly powerful. My energy been shifted in lots of ways. No discounting the incredible presence of Guru Rattana and Guru Kirin for the stupor, energy shifts, healings, cleansings, etc. Very unique teachings in the intention of honoring yourself, being gentle in the yoga but wow does that gentleness and sublety really blow open the doors! ha ha How are things in Midland? It sounds as if the whole region has just discovered your studio. Yes again! "Things" are really great and the energy shift has been palpable for sure, great prosperity on all levels. Really busy but loving it because I am also sticking to my days off. 2 former students of 2 years back both contacted me yesterday for products and treatments, one now living in Dallas. This is definetly linked to the energy shift and Yogiji's presence in a deeper way in my life work. And what is Pancha Karma? Pancha Karma are the 5 treatments of Ayurvedic Medicine recommended in Spring and Fall to reverse the disease process in the body, mind, and spirit to restore balance of all the energies. We all seek and need harmony, and by creating harmony for ourselves we create wellness. Disharmony in mind, body or spirit eventually gives rise to actual disease. Balance can be restored relatively easily in the first three stages of illness development. This is why it is so valuable for people to know their basic Ayurvedic type, or Dosha, and the kinds of patterns that support their daily life. Purification, Shodhana, is a special form of elimination therapy. It is the elimination of the disease-causing Doshas. Pancha Karma Therapy is a system for guiding toxins to their site of elimination. Merely to flush out various organs or systems of the body may not be effective, if the toxins have not been first directed to these sites. Pancha Karma is applied to prevent the Dosha from accumulating as part of a health maintenance and longevity promotion treatment. PK essentially reverses the disease process. Owing to the subtle nature of it’s process PK penetrates deep into the nervous system. With Pancha Karma a specific diet is followed for 3 days prior to treatment and treatments are given in a particular order for 5 consecutive days. Rejuvenation of the mind (Brahma Rasayana) is perhaps the oldest and most important part of Ayurvedic Therapy. Meditation, pranayama, chanting, and spending time in silence is an important part of the treatment as it is believed in yoga that all disease arise from the mind. Therefore it is important to spend some time in quiet reflection, meditation, and relaxation to achieve optimum results. It is truly wonderful for me to be able to offer this and have people taking advantage of it. I have offered the treatments for 3 years and most people will choose 1 or 2 treatments on their own, which of course still has lots of health benefits but no one in 3 years has done the whole thing until I returned form Austin. Then 2 people in 1 week! Wahe Guru! Blessings to you Deva! Guru Ravi
