Guest guest
Sat Nam, My soulmate of many years and I are about to embark on a new journey in life together. We will soon be leaving our respective homes, and will reside together as one. Past relations with spouses and other people outside the two of us did not fare well, and left us profoundly disappointed. We have waited nine years to begin this trip together, and have already taken each other as being spiritually united. In light of this, I ask: I have just completed a 40 day Ardas Bahee. We would both like to know if there is a meditation/mantra that you can recommend that will ease our journey and give us comfort as we leave our present comforts, family, and surroundings. Guest guest
Sat Nam, Do Kirtan Kriya (Sa-Ta-Na-Ma) while sitting back to back with your spines touching. 31 min 40-120 or 1000 days. It will make a difference. Guest guest
The past will always be with you, if you keep looking back. It will also give you a pain in the neck. Rather, might I suggest that you go sole to sole. Lie on your backs and put the bottoms (soles) of your feet together for 20-30 minutes without talking. You will each feel what the other is feeling. Wonderful way to connect.
