Guest guest
Dear people I have my menstruations since now 6 weeks.... they started on the day my boy friend (father of my 7 old years kid) left me, so that might not be a coincidence. Two weeks ago, he was out of the city for 5 days and the menstruations stoped. One day after he came back in the city, they started again, this time so strongly that I feel somehow dizzy and I have very dark rings around the eyes. I have been to the gynecologist 3 weeks ago, she said I should have a curetage (vomb cleaning, same as abortion) done, but I actually don't want this. Any tips from clever yogis to help me out???? than you very much! sat nam saruj
Guest guest
It sounds like your menstration problem is emotionally based. SHEN Therapy may be of great help. Go to www.shentherapy.info for emotional healing and empowerment. Guest guest
Sat Nam, I had the same problem 12 years ago after I left my husband. I bleeded and bleeded, for one whole year. What helped was Sat Nam Rasayan. Furthermore I took some tablets they developed to stop the hemorragic bleeding, folic acid and iron and lots of vitamins. And I did a yoga posture at home: lying on my back, coming into shoulder stand and slowly opening the legs keeping them at 60 degrees, keeping them there, breathing very deeply and slowly into my uterus. Forgiving myself for whatever happened. To me it felt that I really had to get rid of all the pain, and that my body was letting go of something. Hope that helps. Much light to you Sadhana K., Germany

Guest guest
oh my goodness, saruj!! how odd. i'm sure there are others here who will have excellent herbal and spiritual advice, but i would recommend talking with a midwife. what a horrible suggestion, to essentially vaccum out your womb!! you of course want to be sure it isn't something "serious," but a midwife would know how to screen for that and would probably have some much more natural, less invasive ideas about how to deal with it. do you have midwives in berlin? i hope it stops soon! i can't bear it when mine goes beyond the ordinary five days! sending healing thoughts your way, sister, sue in seattle saruj kaur wrote: > Dear people > > I have my menstruations since now 6 weeks.... Guest guest
Dear Saruj Kaur, I had the same problem. A trip to a chinese acupuncturist took care of it in one treatment.
