Guest guest
Sat Nam Saruj, I have known a couple of women who were habitual meat eaters and this contributed to the incidence of fibroids and heavy, prolonged menstrual periods that persisted to the point of anemia. Whether you eat a lot of meat or not, you have to be aware of the need to cleanse and how it can resolve many issues on many levels. Whether you choose the Ayurvedic Pancha Karma or a deep blood, tissue and intestinal cleanse such as that by Arise and Shine (check the archives) or whatever, know that you body is telling you something by having this situation. Balance your blood PH! Whatever you do, make sure to alkalize your system through diet so that the toxicity being released by your system into your blood can be buffered and made close to neutral. Immediately start drinking a one quart combination of carrot, celery, beet juice everyday, while you eliminate heavy foods that acidify your system. Heavy foods are all dairy, fried foods, all grains except Amaranth, Quinoa and Millet and meats....Yeah, all the fun foods. Mung Beans and Rice with veggies and spices are a great staple and source of nutrition. There are two documents in the Files area ( Kundaliniyoga ) with a classic Mung Bean recipe and a story of it's healing history. Read this story and hope it inspires you.
