Sat Nam!

A big YES to diet especially the kicheree. This is a standard for the Pancha

Karma. 3 days of mung beans and rice prior to the treatments and continuing

throughout for a week. Cleansing is essential and what Pancha Karma is all

about. Just thought I'd clarify a bit.

Blessings,

Guru Ravi

HI,

Thanks for your answers.

sorry I don't know what Pancha Karma is.

The link with the mung beans recepy didn't open too...

But the good news is: the memses stopped after the end of the sixth week, so

3 days ago and I feel very energetic, clean and my mind is sharp. I "believe"

that my body needed a deep cleaning after the separation (we were 10 years

together + kid) and organized it for me :-)

But still, that might be smart that I do now actively support my body, so I

would

go for the mung beans.

Saruj Kaur,

The system does nutty things every so often. It is best to go

directly to the "File" area and look for the 2 Mung Bean references

manually ( Kundaliniyoga ).

I will send both pieces in separate emails.
