Guest guest
Sat Nam! A big YES to diet especially the kicheree. This is a standard for the Pancha Karma. 3 days of mung beans and rice prior to the treatments and continuing throughout for a week. Cleansing is essential and what Pancha Karma is all about. Just thought I'd clarify a bit. Blessings, Guru Ravi
Guest guest
HI, Thanks for your answers. sorry I don't know what Pancha Karma is. The link with the mung beans recepy didn't open too... But the good news is: the memses stopped after the end of the sixth week, so 3 days ago and I feel very energetic, clean and my mind is sharp. I "believe" that my body needed a deep cleaning after the separation (we were 10 years together + kid) and organized it for me :-) But still, that might be smart that I do now actively support my body, so I would go for the mung beans. sat nam saruj, from Berlin Kundaliniyoga, rfarley51@a... wrote: > > Sat Nam! > A big YES to diet especially the kicheree. Guest guest
Saruj Kaur, The system does nutty things every so often. It is best to go directly to the "File" area and look for the 2 Mung Bean references manually ( Kundaliniyoga ). I will send both pieces in separate emails.
