Sat Nam,

About two weeks ago I made the prasad, it was wonderful. When I was making

it, it seemed to remind of one of my favorite winter time breakfasts cream

of wheat.

Being that I am the one in the house that enjoys eating it, I would like to

know if it possible to cut the recipe in half or fix it to make one serving?

Sat Nam, of course it is OK to cut it back. Do it proportionately of

course. Also, the less you make the quicker it will cook and the more

likely it is to burn so watch your flame. Keep on stirrin'

Cream of Wheat Memory! The first prasad I ever had was at an Indian

Gurdwara. Instead of regular wheat they used the Cream of Wheat

cereal. I thought I'd died and gone to heaven. Memories of a cozy

childhood sprang forth to mingle with the sounds of kirtan and the

smells of lunghar! Wahe Guru!
