Guest guest
Hello Everyone, I have a torn meniscus in my right knee and operated on two years ago for the same problem in my left knee. The surgery removed the meniscus completely. I would like to try some alternative bodywork before resorting to surgery this time. I have some indications from the field of Feldenkrais and I would like to hear from anybody who has suffered from the same problem, and maybe even resolved it without surgery. Thanks Nick

You're in my same situation (last april i had my 4th surgery - 3 to the left knee and the last one to the right) :-\ It's just my experience 've found a good help from a serious "omeopata" (i'm sorry...i don't know the right english word...i hope you can understand me) and was able to found a therapy to support my knees (especially the cartilage). Good luck! AC Sujan Singh
