Sat Nam Everyone,

I have been doing Sodershan for the past few weeks. Yesterday, I

was sitting in front of my fireplace when I was doing it. Towards the

end it felt like my forehead was burning hot. For a moment, I thought

my children may have come into the room and turned on the fireplace.

I opened my eyes to look and it wasn't on. The rest of my body felt

room temperature - but the heat on my forehead was intense. I even

checked the fireplace after to see if it was on earlier. It wasn't.

I didn't have any fear or anxiety following - just wondered if it

was an effect from the kriya - and what it meant.

Has anyone had any similar experiences like this - or know what

they mean?.......by the way.....

When I counted my blessings on Thanksgiving Day, I thought fondly

of all the people on this list. The past year has presented

extraordinary challenges to me and I have received much love, guidance

and support from many of you. This "list" is an abundant blessing. I

send love and gratitiude to all of you.

Sat Nam.

Abinashi,

Sounds like your Arcline (sense of destiny, sense of belonging, sense

of purpose) was getting repaired and thusly you are deepening your

capacity to be YOU while serving your children and all around you. Many

times an illness that hasn't even manifested itself, yet, can be

foretold by a "reading" of the arcline. Yogi Bhajan, and others, could

do this and by being in his presence, the arcline of the student would

merge with his and be repaired. Healings would happen.

Keep up, by all means. Sodarshan is beautiful.

Sadhana, in the Amrit Vela, will cover us also ( http://amritvela.org/ ).

Keep taking in those blessings,

Wahe guru,

P.S. The Arcline is the Sixth Body and his often portrayed as the Halo,

projecting from earlobe to earlobe.

Dear Abinashi:

Before I answer your question. What do you feel about your name now?

Each time I hear it in myself is sounds like the swish of the waves of an

ocean

whispering to me dreams and loving thoughts like a lullaby.. rocking me into

life!

The heat in your head and face is energy. It is simple. Others feel it too.

We have talked

about it for other exercises like the Sat Kriya. It is important to feel the

energy in you as it

comes and to allow it to flow where it wants to flow without trying to

contain it. As the energy flows

out of your crown it will feed your aura, so there is no energy loss.

Containing it causes pain.

Give it freedom and that's the process of integration.

In relaxation, blessings,
