Guest guest
Hi Dharam, I am about 7 months behind on reading your posts, but better late than never! I read with interest the posts that orgone energy and kundalini energy are synonymous. I was first introduced to the idea of energy and its explosive form when I read Jess Stearn's book, Yoga Youth and Reincarnation, in which a yoga teacher was able to bust clouds with his breath. > It reminded me of Reich's Cloudbusting machine which is enacted in Kate Bush's video, "Cloudbusting." In the video, Donald Sutherland enacts Wilhelm Reich pulling a cloudbusting machine up a hill and busting clouds. I think that's why I love KY so much because it is cloudbusting yoga, or as I sometimes call it "Yoga on Wheels!" Sat Nam! The inherrent risk with modernity is that Vata dosha can rule, and thereby fanning the flames of Pitta. I just flew in to New Mexico from Boston and will be in the mountains for 12 days. At present I am in much needed "Kapha" mode, or at least a Vata pacifying mode. My cell phone is off and I'm resting before the big event. Thanks for the Kate Bush/Don Sutherland video reference with the cloudbusting. I will search it out when I have another opportunity to be online OR when I get back to Boston. Blessings, Dharam > >
