Guest guest
Sat Nam Ardas! Dr. D makes himself very available. Some of my students have even called him! I'm sure he would be happy to let you know about the research and it's always better from the horses mouth, so to speak. Blessings, Guru Ravi

Guest guest
Thank you Gurprasad Kaur > That's great to hear. Did SCK allow you to get off > the medication? I did get off the Rx....tapered down gradually but did that about 45 days after completing the 90 days SCK. How exactly did you change > emotionally? Actually, though I was feeling more focused and clear, it was the fact I felt as though I had had about six cups of coffee--I can drink one cup about once a week--if I took the Rx that made me pay attention to the fact that something had shifted (we can be so obtuse at times :-) ). That is when I went inside, questioned if it was time to get of the Rx and got a resounding "yes"....so Idid! It's nice to hear also that you got > results with 11 min./day. I learned some time ago that the energetic body takes very little to give us gargantuan shifts; we get so caught up in being material we loose track of how we can profoundly shift by very subtle disciplined intent. I always think in extreme > terms and figured I'd have to build up to 31. I did > start a daily practice of SCK, but I don't think I > ever made it past like 2 weeks. I urge you to stay the course; two weeks is enough to disrupt your central nervous system in a profound way...might want to give it some time to help shift into what feels like a different vibration (almost like walking near highly magnetized areas.) At times it would > intensify unpleasant emotions. Consider unpleasant just unknown....and go for it! I would venture to guess you will be delighted with the changes you feel (after the shaking, nausea, weird visions, etc., etc. cease....ah to be human!). Guest guest
i have dont sck for almost 2 years now, generally 61 mins/day, and usually after 31 mins long ek ong kar. KY took me off anti-depressants but i think it was yoga in general and not sck. but with sck, it has stabalised me somewhat nothing bothers me as much as it used to. I'm able to let things go. at times, it seems to me that SCK is the only reality and everything else is a dream yes sometimes sck is very unpleasant emotionally, thats my karma buring up i think. but lately it has become very blissful for me.
