Anger, suppressed or otherwise; critical thoughts or projection; irritability. Practice kriyas with consciousness, slow down and observe where your feelings are arising from, where they are going, just noticing and accepting. Acceptance is key because that is what Pitta is lacking in. Twists, any forward bending, (bowing is good!) will help calm the mind and put you in touch with the heart center. Kundalini Triangle and Frogs to strengthen the nervous system and to release blocks in the lower chakras. Have you tried taking Pitta calming Ayurvedic supplements?
