Guest guest
Sat Nam to all. This question may be more appropriate to the NMillenium group, but I would like to know where to begin. Since Saturday I have been haunted by a constant feeling of dread. Im trying to find out the source. My sense is that I am having some sort of "body memories". Ive been exposed to KY for a year. My current level of practice is about 3Xweek of KY specifically Aura Strengthening. Meditation, Mantra and Devotion is a daily practice. Naturally, I would like the feeling to end, but I am open to sitting with it and discovering why it is here right now. Have had this experience in the past on an off for my lifetime. I would appreciate advice Blessings and Light Jeanette in Maine

Guest guest
It may just be exiting your psyche. If your aura is strong you can "examine" it if you wish. Depends on how dreadful the dread is! Might just be better to go on and let it go. Continue your progress and leave the past behind. Guest guest
To add to my previous post, these things happen and we often treat them like the roadside auto accident we all slow down to look at. All it really does is impede our progress because of our lurid fascination with pain and suffering. You can empathize with the person you used to be who suffered that "accident" but you ought to focus on the new person you are becoming. Guest guest
What you are going through, seems like Jung's process of the soul to find the true self he called it "individuation" Jung wrote a few essays on Kundalini.
